What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and allows for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose to reschedule your charter to another available date or provide a complete refund. We closely follow weather conditions and will reach out to you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if weather seems uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are free to bring your own food and beverages. Nonetheless, we also offer outstanding catering services and can tailor menus to your liking. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavour to serve all our guests. Certain vessels feature enhanced accessibility than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us during booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund is issued. Those cancelled between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded unless they are due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues from our end.
